Return Policy:
We hope you love your order. If something isn’t quite right, we offer free and easy returns for eligible items.
Return Window:
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Item Condition:
Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all hangtags and protective panty liners attached.
Return Options:
Eligible returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.
Additional Return Information:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Jantzen will supply the return shipping label.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed after it is received by our warehouse.
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days after your return is processed for the refund to appear on your account statement.
- If available, please include the packing slip that came with your order when mailing back your return.
- If you need to modify a submitted return request, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
- Jantzen reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the requirements outlined in our return policy.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order that is placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
