Return Window:

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Item Condition:

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all hangtags and protective panty liners attached.

Return Options:

Eligible returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Additional Return Information:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Jantzen will supply the return shipping label.
• Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed after it is received by our warehouse.
• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days after your return is processed for the refund to appear on your account statement.
• If available, please include the packing slip that came with your order when mailing back your return.
• If you need to modify a submitted return request, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
• Jantzen reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the requirements outlined in our return policy.
